Manchester’s Borland are a progressive electronica duo, comprising of Ian Breen and Robert Gregg. Having slowly crept into my consciousness these past few months, thanks to steadily improving production and a 12″ split with From The Kites of San Quentin, its surely only a matter of time before Borland reach a wider audience.
Polyimage is the kind of track that could do it for them – a beautiful 8 minute composition that alludes to modern contemporaries M83 and Boards of Canada but manages to remain entirely unique.
